Given the nature of internal war happening in TDP with Junior NTR distancing himself from both Nara Chandrababu Naidu and Balayya Babu, there is every chance of a project titled Ugra Narasimha to start soon in which balakrishna and Nara Rohit will be seen in lead roles. Tamil star Dhanush's song "Kolaveri Di" has become a sleeper blockbuster by crossing 10,559,994 hits since its release Nov 16 on youtube.com.

Composed by 18-year-old Anirudh Ravichander, the song with funny lyrics is sung in an unconventional manner by Dhanush himself and it will be a part of his next film "3", which is being directed by his wife Aishwayra. The film also stars Shruthi Haasan.

Mahesh Babu is a fluent speaker of Tamil and that is the reason he opted to lend his voice to the Tamil version of the movie.

‘Businessman’ is gearing up for a release on January 11th 2012 with a massive number of prints and the movie is carrying huge expectations. Ramcharan's bachelor party

Ram Charan Tej is gearing up for a party in Goa with a large group of his friends to bid adieu to bachelorhood.
 A source close to the actor said that stars like Allu Arjun, RaNa and Sharwanand will be partying with Charan on the Goan beaches. “The bash will be hosted on December 2 and 3,” says the source.
 While this party will be a very private affair, more than 300 guests will attend the star’s engagement on December 1. Actor Chiranjeevi is personally overseeing the arrangements and has roped in a five-member team to take care of the guests. The food will be catered by Mazhar and Gaurav Caterers. Designer Rajesh Pratap Singh has made a special sherwani costing more than Rs 1.5 lakh for Charan. Ace cinematographer Chota K. Naidu will shoot the event and art director Anand Sai will oversee the arrangements. The engagement ceremony will also be covered by a local TV channel.
 

Cherry Engagement

The suspense is now over. The engagement of young hero Ram Charan Teja, son of megastar-turned-politician K Chiranjeevi, with Upasana Kamineni, grand daughter of Apollo Hospitals Group chairman Pratap C Reddy will take place on December 1.

According to sources close to Apollo family, the engagement will take place at Upasana’s personal farm house near Chilkur of Moinabad mandal in Ranga Reddy district, on the outskirts of Hyderabad at 7.30 pm on Thursday.
Initially, it was proposed to hold the engagement at “Domakonda gadi” (a fort-like structure) owned by Upasana’s father Anil Kamineni, but because of security problems, the event has been shifted to the Chilkur farm house.

By the way, the engagement ceremony is not going to be a public function. Invites are being sent only to a select few relatives and friends and of course, co-stars of Cherry. And the invitation cards would have electronic identification system, so that they would not be misused.

144 section in Bejawada is rising the heat

The clock is ticking for the most talked about and much awaited movie of the season to arrive and face judgement from the people. We are talking about ‘Bezawada’ and it is releasing on December 1st as announced. Now, it is heard that the city of Vijayawada is preparing itself for the film.

Reports say that the Vijayawada police are planning to keep 144 section in key areas of the city. As such, a high alert security is being arranged near the theatres with strong police bandobast ensuring that people don’t crowd too much. Groups would not be allowed to form near the theatres, as per sources.

Maybe if there is any controversial elements then having these arrangements will prevent any disturbance. It is heard that depending on the result of the morning show the police department will make changes.

Bejawada censored

One of the most controversy creating movies of the recent times is ‘Bezawada’ and the heat is still on about it.

The fact that it has Ram Gopal Varma as one of the producers adds more oil to the fire. So, many were waiting to see how the film will fare when it reaches the scanners of the censor board.

Well, it is heard that the film has been given a proper ‘A’ certificate but with very minor cuts. As such, the inside talk is that the film has shaped up well. The songs are getting special marks as they come like a breather amidst the high voltage sequences.

Sources say the censor board members were reportedly satisfied that the film has been made as a film per se and not with any other intentions.

Pawan’s Gabbar Singh will resume shoot from December 2 in Pollachi. The film directed by Mirapakaay fame Harish Shankar & produced by Ganesh Babu will be ready for a Summer release in April end. Shruthi Hasan was also confirmed and there are no second thoughts about it according the Director.

Seems like the musical cameo by the Tamil actor is having a domino effect on the Southern film industry. For the first time ever, Mahesh Babu will try his hands at playback singing for his new film Businessman.
According to top sources, Mahesh and director Puri Jagannadh are all geared up to take the industry and film buffs by a musical storm —something on the lines of the  Kolaveri rage. The ace director and the actor are crooning for the title track of their ongoing film Businessman. All the credit goes to the music director Thaman to get the two of them sing.

Confirms Thaman, “Businessman will have our heartthrob Mahesh and Puri Garu singing for the theme of the film. It is gonna rock the world.”
The icing on the cake is that the track will have a making video like in the case of Kolaveri Di. Thaman claims, “The song will have a making video, and it’s going to be a crazy hit.”

Mahesh Babu’s previous flick Dookudu is one of the highest grossing films in Tollywood.   Though the Dookudu hangover is yet to subside, the actor is busy wrapping up Businessman. The team is picturising a song featuring Mahesh and Kajal Aggarwal in Bangkok. Most parts of the film have been shot in Goa and Mumbai. Ravi teja's Nippu ready to Release

Hero Raviteja’s forthcoming action entertainer ‘Nippu’ is on its last lap of shooting.

The schedule is likely to be completed by second week of December and is gearing up for Sankranti release.

Nippu is directed by Gunasekhar and produced by YVS Chowdhary. Rajendra Prasad is portraying a crucial character in the film. Deeksha Seth is the heroine in the movie which has Brahmanandam, Pradeep Rawat, Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam and Brahmaji in key roles.

Music is being scored by Thaman and the audio will release in December. This movie is crucial for Gunasekhar as his earlier film ‘Varudu’ did not fare well at the Box Office. (INN)

Vishnuvardhan is a well known name in Tamil film industry for his slick and chick realistic looking action entertainers. He is making his debut in Telugu films.. "We shot a major schedule in Kolkata for two months and then traveled to Pollachi and Karaikudi to shoot the rural episodes before leaving for the picturesque Vagamon in Kerala to shoot a few portions. The story is a blend of urban and rural milieu. One of the heroines hails from a village," says Neelima Tirumalasetty. She is producing the film along with her husband Nagesh Muntha. Joining hands with them is Arka Media's Sobhu Yarlagadda.

The director is very clear about the casting and technical team. The actors were chosen according to the characters in the story, so each one has a part to play and not remain as decorative pieces, she adds. "Every character from Atul Kulkarni, Tanikella Bhrani, Brahmanandam, Ali, Subbaraju, Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao and Jhansi are contributing. Adavi Sesh (of 'Karma' fame) plays a crucial role with negative shades. For instance, he thought only Jackie Shroff could do justice to a particular character that has many intriguing scenes with Pawan Kalyan. Vishnuvardhan has done a superb job."

Nagesh adds, "Vishnuvardhan is supported by an efficient technical team. Cinematographer P. S. Vinod who is already popular in Bollywood, the acclaimed editor A. Srikar Prasad, art director Sunil Babu, Bollywood's top action director Shyam Kaushal and Yuvan Shankar Raja whose peppy compositions are being sold like hotcakes. Panjaa is not your regular four songs- three fights-one item number fare. They will regale you. The humor, drama and action sync well into the story. The director kept a safe distance from unwanted build-ups, over-the-top dialogues and exaggerated heroism. It will be remembered as a gangster classic for a long time to come and will set the benchmark for its technical brilliance." The genre of mythology has always been fascinating but not so much for those who finance the projects. Atleast in today’s times when audience taste is quite fickle and demanding opting for a mythological flick would mean great challenge. This has given rise to a new discussion among the cine folks.

They are talking about V V Vinayak and his ambitious project. Apparently, Vinay wants to make the masterpiece ‘Daana Veera Soora Karna’ again with Jr NTR and even the young hero is also passionate. But the question is, after looking at the results of ‘Sri Rama Rajyam’ what must be going through Vinayak’s mind.

The talk is “As far as action is there audience is there for a film. Since ‘Sri Rama Rajyam’ was a ‘Lava Kusa’ based story, it doesn’t have commercial value but ‘DVSK’ is total action packed with good politics and voltage so it will have very big value. If a single battle sequence can change the fortunes of ‘Magadheera’ then imagine what few additional battle sequences of ‘DVSK’ will do to the film.”

Shahid Kapoor is all praise for his "Mausam" co-star Sonam Kapoor and called her "special".
"I think Sonam is a wonderful looking girl and she looks very simple and innocent. This is the reason why dad (actor-director Pankaj Kapur) was keen to cast her in 'Mausam'. In her upcoming film ('Players'), she is looking wonderful. I think she is always a special actress because I did 'Mausam' with her which was special to me," Shahid told reporters at the Colgate Maxfresh party.
Despite link-up rumours, Shahid is single ever since he broke off with Kareena Kapoor in 2007.
Some reports even claim he is commitment phobic. But the actor responded: "That I am commitment phobic? No, I am not commitment phobic. I don't react to most things."
The 30-year-old, who has hits like "Vivah", "Jab We Met", and "Kaminey" in his kitty, seems to have become selective about movies as he had only one release this year.
As for new projects, he is currently working in Kunal Kapoor's film "Teri Meri Kahani" along with Priyanka Chopra and Prachi Desai.
