Rachaa budget crosses Orange

The budget of Ramcharan's upcoming flick RACHA is rocketing unnecessarily. Eariler, ORANGE, a film that can be finished in and around 20 crore rupees, was silver-touched with 35 crores, making the producer worry. Unwanted locations, unnecessary fight sequences increased the  budget of Orange
